We take on work that fits in a small team's head at once, and we say no to the rest. A project this size does not need a kickoff deck or a steering committee — it needs someone who can hold the whole thing in mind.
We ship, then we watch
Nothing sits in a backlog waiting for a quarterly release. We push small changes often, watch how they land, and adjust — the same way we would want a tool we depend on to be built.

LiveDonelane is the tool we built first: async standups for small teams. Everyone posts what they finished, it lands in one shared feed you can browse by day, and each morning the team gets a digest email they can reply to in order to post. The status of the work comes from the work, not from a meeting about it.
